Explanation | At the Sannai Maruyama Site, the largest building is oblong-oval in shape, 32 meters long, and has a floor area of about 270 square meters, and is located in the central part of the village. It was possibly a meeting place, a communal workshop, or a communal dwelling for the winter season. (The following text has been added to the No. 91 pit dwellings remains.) The remains of a large furnace over one meter long, surrounded by stones, was found at this dwelling remains. |
